InternFour Hands is a leading designer and wholesaler in the furniture industry, recognized for its dynamic growth and workplace culture. The Digital Asset Intern will support Digital Asset Management processes and assist with the export and organization of marketing assets for various teams.

Responsibilities
Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) processes, including file ingestion, metadata tagging, and library organization
Prepare and export assets for Graphic Design, ensuring accurate specifications for digital and print channels
Assist Retouching teams with file naming conventions and creative folder management
Coordinate file transfers between internal teams and external partners
Audit asset libraries and website imagery to ensure consistency and remove outdated content
Partner with domestic and international retouching teams to maintain Material Reference Library color accuracy
Provide cross-functional support to Creative Services, Marketing, and Digital teams on asset-driven projects
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Photography, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Bridge and Figma
Experience using Monday.com or similar project management
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms or cloud storage solutions (e.g., Canto)
