Responsibilities
Take charge of mold setups, teardowns, and troubleshooting like a pro
Ensure our products meet the highest quality standards – every cast and catch depends on you!
Program robots to bring our operations to life
Master tools and techniques to keep presses running smoothly at standard cycles
Collaborate with teammates to tackle challenges and keep the workflow smooth
Use your safety-first mindset to maintain a clean, secure workspace (LOTO, Sling & Crane, and more)
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of injection molding experience
Knowledge of tools and mechanics related to molding machines
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle the physical demands of the role
Familiarity with blueprints, line diagrams, and molding machine control screens
A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
A high school diploma (technical training is a plus)
Strong motor skills and a safety-first mindset
Basic computer and math skills to troubleshoot with ease
The ability to communicate effectively and train others when needed
