Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of Workforce Management solutions, with a focus on WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration and modernization initiatives
Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control activities
Coordinate delivery across WFS, HRIS, and Payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration
Provide executive-level reporting (timelines, Gantt charts, cutover and parallel run plans) to senior stakeholders
Partner with Product Management and Business Owners to translate business needs into clear, measurable requirements
Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the Timekeeping Modernization portfolio
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring epics and sagas are decomposed into testable user stories
Lead program and project governance, bridging technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, releases, and retrospectives
Drive continuous improvement across delivery, Agile practices, and system modernization efforts
Support release and deployment activities, including system cutovers and stabilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
6+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in Program or Project Management
Proven expertise managing complex, cross-functional technology programs
Strong experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog, sprint, and release management
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and financial reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for technical and executive audiences
Background in Workforce Management, Timekeeping, HRIS, or Payroll systems
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and MS Teams
Experience working with third-party vendors, integrations, and data migrations
Prior experience contributing to product roadmaps and portfolio-level planning
