Responsibilities
Responsible for supports the execution and ongoing evolution of enterprise digital content strategy
Lead execution of the digital learning content strategy across Talent Hub and enterprise learning platforms
Own content governance practices including taxonomy, metadata standards, tagging, and version control
Curate and manage digital learning content libraries, including Percipio and internally developed assets
Develop and maintain digital content roadmaps aligned to business needs, vendor release cycles, and enterprise skills priorities
Partner with Learning Experience Managers, Enterprise Skills, and BU L&D teams to align content to workforce skill development initiatives
Provide consultation on best practices for digital content integration, delivery, and learner experience optimization
Collaborate with learning technology partners on technical enhancements related to content delivery and reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience managing enterprise digital learning content programs and content governance models
Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital content vendors, and online learning technologies
Stakeholder partnership, and program coordination skills
Demonstrates organizational values and accountability consistent with existing GLLD expectations
