They are seeking a highly capable Senior Executive Assistant to support the owner by managing priorities, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of commitments.

Responsibilities
Strategically manage the owner’s calendar, priorities and time to align with business objectives
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, events, trade shows and key appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
Act as a point of coordination between the owner and internal teams, vendors and external partners to drive follow-through and accountability
Anticipate business needs, identify potential issues and proactively solve problems before they arise
Manage executive travel and logistics with attention to efficiency and detail
Provide personal support related to personal appointment scheduling, travel and family logistics as needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder or business owner
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand priorities and context
Exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
High level of discretion, professionalism and sound judgment
Comfortable operating independently and making decisions within scope
Experience interacting with senior leaders and external stakeholders
Ability to work full-time in-office in Glenview, IL
Flexibility to work outside standard office hours
