Assistant Program Director
Services for the UnderServed is committed to providing quality services to individuals transitioning from hospitalization. The Assistant Program Director will assist in the daily operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting residents in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities
Familiarity with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations as they apply to the operation of the residence
Compilation of activity reports related to residential services, program and building activities, as required
All activities related to the securing, furnishing and maintaining acceptable standard for all residential apartments
In the absence of the Program Director, conduct supervisory meetings with all staff and maintain documentation of these meetings
Ensure the development and implementation of all clinical aspects of services provided to consumers of the program
Counsels residents in identifying and resolving social or other problems
Development and implementation of individual client service plans in conjunction with program staff, client and other related individuals as indicated
Participates in discharge planning
Provide Crisis Intervention when indicated including on-call coverage and documentation of events as they occur
Attendance and participation in staff meetings and training as required
Oversee activities of all program staff for quality assurance purposes
Ensure the inspection of the building and equipment to determine the need and extent of service, equipment required to keep facilities in compliance with regulatory operation and safety requirements
Ensure program compliance with OSHA regulations
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred
Three to five years experience in a Human Services related field plus two years supervisory experience is preferred
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of administrators, managers, clients, and the general public, bilingual a plus
Computer literate, MS/Word & Excel
