Responsibilities
Manage planning and execution of power generation construction projects from early development through commissioning and handover
Coordinate project execution between EPC contractors, engineering teams, utility partners, and owner stakeholders
Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement coordination, risk management, and project reporting
Ensure adherence to safety programs, environmental requirements, and quality standards
Support installation and integration of major generation equipment and associated balance-of-plant systems
Lead cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
Provide ongoing communication to senior leadership and key project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field preferred
7+ years of project management experience within power generation, energy infrastructure, or heavy industrial construction
Demonstrated experience delivering turbine-based or engine-based generation projects
Strong understanding of EPC execution models and contractor coordination
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within complex infrastructure environments
Willingness to travel extensively to project sites
Preferred
Fast-track or modular power deployment projects
Data center power infrastructure or mission-critical facilities
Utility-scale or distributed generation systems
Commissioning/startup coordination
