Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer, Senior

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced DSP algorithms for real-time and near real-time processing systems
Lead the maturation of algorithmic concepts from proof-of-concept through deployment in operational environments
Analyze, process, and identify RF signals across a variety of emitter types
Apply advanced signal processing techniques to address detection, estimation, matched filtering, waveform identification, and feature extraction
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate DSP solutions into larger system architectures
Conduct performance analysis, optimization, and validation of algorithms in simulated and live environments
Contribute to system design reviews, technical documentation, and code management processes
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
10+ years of experience developing RF signal collection, processing, and exploitation solutions
Proficient in C/C++ for high-performance algorithm development
Strong understanding of real-time systems and embedded software development
Experience supporting SIGINT systems development within the Intelligence or Defense community
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Knowledge of geolocation theory and techniques
Experience operating in complex RF environments
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or Octave for algorithm prototyping and analysis
