Responsibilities
Plan and deliver advanced statistical and quantitative studies on sensitive, high-priority topics
Define analytical objectives, select appropriate methodologies, and ensure statistical rigor
Design and implement statistically valid data collection tools and systems
Conduct modelling, simulation, and feasibility studies to assess organisational initiatives
Analyse operational performance, workloads, and population data to inform strategic decisions
Prepare briefings, reports, and correspondence for technical and non-technical audiences
Represent the organisation in interagency and cross-functional forums
Qualification
Required
Strong background in statistics, quantitative analysis, or applied analytics
Proven experience designing and leading independent statistical studies
Expertise in data modelling, simulation, and analytical problem-solving
Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
Confidence working with sensitive data in high-trust environments
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret (Tier 5) security clearance
Successful completion of drug screening and credit check
Willingness to complete a 1-year probationary period
