Required

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required
An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Three (3) or more years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is preferable
Experience designing and developing analytical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using enterprise data sources
Practical experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and working with relational databases
Experience developing or supporting software applications, scripts, or automation tools to support data collection, analysis, or reporting functions
Familiarity with Harris County data systems, justice-related data, or other large public-sector datasets is a plus
Experience working in a government, legal, public safety, or criminal justice environment
Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance requirements applicable to sensitive or regulated data environments
