Human Resources Program Manager
SSi People is focused on delivering key global Mobility and Compensation initiatives. The Human Resources Program Manager will manage project execution, ensuring timelines are met and operational processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of Mobility and Compensation projects, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Track and drive project plans, ensuring stakeholders are accountable and milestones are achieved
Manage operational processes, including OpEx planning, budget tracking, reporting, and ongoing program updates
Coordinate cross-functional teams across regional and global partners to ensure alignment and timely execution
Support compensation and mobility cycles (e.g., reviews, adjustments, policy updates, mobility cases) through strong organization and process management
Maintain documentation and reporting, providing clear updates, dashboards, and status communications to leadership
Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
Leverage project management tools to manage workflows and ensure visibility across teams
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience executing global Mobility and/or Compensation programs at scale
Strong project management experience within a matrixed organization
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
Comfortable working in ambiguity while maintaining structure and organization
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide concise, clear status updates
Preferred
Experience with Workday and project management tools such as Asana preferred
Experience in tech or entertainment industries is a plus
