Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field; minimum of one (1) year of experience in the support of Local Area Network (LAN)/server systems, minicomputer-based systems, hardware, software, or business applications
An Associate's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field; minimum of three (3) years of experience in the support of LAN/server systems, minicomputer-based systems, hardware, software, or business applications
An Unrelated Bachelor's Degree; minimum of three (3) years of experience in the support of LAN/server systems, minicomputer-based systems, hardware, software, or business applications
Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of five (5) years of experience in the support of LAN/server systems, minicomputer-based systems, hardware, software, or business applications
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Preferred
Proficiency with Oracle, SQL, Tableau, SCCM, PowerShell, and enterprise systems
Familiarity with public safety enterprise applications (e.g., Asset Works or similar systems)
Experience supporting Fire Rescue or public safety systems and Oracle B2C environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
