Responsibilities
4+ years of experience in Workday development, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Extend, and Workday APIs
Prior Workday Extend experience, developing at least 2+ app use cases required
Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end solutions across multiple functions, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Finance, Benefits, IT and Procurement
Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and launch)
Experience in leading a design session, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables
Familiar with XML Transformations, Namespaces, XSD
Experience in dealing with SOAP and REST APIs
Familiar with ServiceNow case management
Adept working with agile methodologies and delivery
Effective communication skills in explaining complex concepts in simple terms and understanding HR internal and vendor processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
