They are seeking an Exclusions Contract Analyst to interpret cases and craft solutions tailored to the needs of their partners, while collaborating closely with the Contract and Rebate teams.

Responsibilities
Preparing spreadsheets, rosters, or similar documentation requested by our partners
Case management and tracking, providing insights into open and completed work
Collecting feedback from partners, with the goal of continuous process improvement
Ad-hoc solution-building as unique needs are identified
Qualification
Required
2-year college degree or equivalent certifications in related competency
Microsoft Office, Intermediate or better skill level. Complete comfort with Excel is essential
Highly organized with a strong follow-through ability
Relationship management skills
Passion for progress
Strong time management, and ability to set and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to organize and deliver information in an understandable manner
Preferred
2+ years' experience in a related role preferred
Experience working within Salesforce.com is desired
