Responsibilities
Discover and design: Facilitate workshops with business and finance stakeholders to understand objectives, identify value gaps, and define prioritized roadmaps
Deliver outcomes: Configure NetSuite Financials and related modules, define functional requirements for integrations/automation, and guide testing and change management
Architect solutions: Shape practical, scalable solutions that may include configuration, extensions, and integrations—partnering closely with our Technical Services team
Ensure quality: Review deliverables, validate controls/roles and permissions, and support audit-ready, sustainable solutions
Advise and communicate: Translate complex topics into clear recommendations; build trusted relationships from project teams to executive sponsors
Collaborate and grow: Work with ACS colleagues (e.g., Technical Services, Commerce, POS, OpenAir, Support) and continually expand your product/industry expertise
Qualification
Required
8+ years of NetSuite functional consulting or administration experience, including hands-on ERP Financials (GL, AP/AR, multi-subsidiary)
Experience leading discovery/design and delivering post–go-live enhancements or implementations
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
10+ years of relevant domain experience in Nonprofit, Healthcare, or Financial Services
Working knowledge of Advanced Revenue Management/Revenue Recognition, grants management, fund accounting
Experience shaping requirements for integrations and customizations; familiarity with SuiteTalk/REST concepts and testing/UAT practices
Project or team leadership experience; process improvement mindset
Finance/Accounting background or certifications (e.g., CPA/CMA) a plus
NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteFoundation) a plus
Ability to travel modestly as needed

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
