Responsibilities
Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 3 years' experience in as a service technician, HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
HVAC installation experience
HVAC troubleshooting experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check required
Ability to lift 100 lbs
Professional customer service skill
Preferred
Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus
