Responsibilities
5 days/week in our Irvine or Palo Alto office
Complex calendar management, including coordination across multiple stakeholder groups and time zones, and proactive identification and independent resolution of scheduling conflicts based on executive priority
Coordinate the ROB (rhythm of business) for the Directors and their teams, including creating scalable workback plans and mechanisms
Create team-wide planning tools for goal tracking and milestone management to ensure visibility across Directors leadership teams
Manage domestic and international travel, and own creating agenda with inputs from the local team(s) and team stakeholders
Coordinate all aspects of team-wide activities to include offsites, planning sessions, and morale activities
Contribute to the Shopping EA community through knowledge sharing, participation in recruiting efforts, and assisting in org-wide initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
