Delivering remote technical support for Quuppa products alongside support for third party resold systems and solutions
Troubleshooting
Instructing customers on product usage

Qualification
Required
Relevant studies in engineering/technology
Strong, hands-on technical background and skill set from studies or previous work
Experience; e.g., in the field of radio engineering, telecommunications, computer networking, electrical engineering, or computer science
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach to work
Fluent spoken and written communication in English
Preferred
Be able to work remotely part of a satellite US Office
Working with customers in a technical support role for technology companies
Linux and Windows servers (configuration, troubleshooting)
Software development and APIs (REST API, UDP streaming, webserver)
Computer networks and IT infrastructures (TCP/UDP/IP, DHCP, routers, switches, etc.)
Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, private cloud)
Virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V, etc.)
Communication skills in other languages, for example, German, French, Japanese
