Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc compensation reports for Sales leadership and senior management
Analyze sales performance and incentive trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
Support quarterly and annual compensation processes, validating calculations and ensuring data integrity
Reconcile payouts and align reporting with broader financial metrics
Maintain compensation data across reporting tools with the highest standards of accuracy
Perform data audits and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources
Contribute to system enhancements, testing, and automation of reporting workflows
Act as a liaison between Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment on incentive structures
Translate complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights for leadership
Support the design and documentation of processes that improve efficiency and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in compensation analytics, sales reporting, or financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query)
Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with incentive platforms (e.g., Varicent, CompXL, EWM)
Experience supporting sales organizations is highly advantageous
Understanding of asset management distribution metrics
