Responsibilities

Install and configure SAP S/4HANA systems, including the underlying HANA database
Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations to S/4HANA
Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP S/4HANA systems
Perform database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, and performance tuning for HANA databases
Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with other SAP and non-SAP systems
Implement and maintain security measures to protect system data
Manage the SAP transport system to move changes across different environments
Perform client administration tasks, including creation, copying, and deletion
Conduct regular system health checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and updates
Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operation of SAP S/4HANA

Qualification

Required

15+ years in SAP BASIS administration, particularly with S/4HANA implementations
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA system administration
Strong knowledge of HANA database management

Skills in performance tuning and system optimization
Expertise in backup and recovery processes
Understanding of SAP security concepts and tools
