Responsibilities

Developing, maintaining, and delivering engaging in-person and virtual training for new and existing employees
Continuously evaluating and improving training methods and formats
Partnering with Life Operations leaders to identify training needs and close processing gaps
Creating clear, step-by-step written and visual documentation
Maintaining accurate employee training records
Facilitating training sessions related to industry, carrier, underwriting, or company updates
Supporting Life Operations leadership on key initiatives and special projects
Developing and delivering virtual training on life operations best practices
Creating and maintaining training resources within the DBR
Leading advisor-facing programs such as Foundational Team Training, Team Up, and Life Special Ops Discussions
Contributing Life Operations content to the monthly AE Operations Newsletter
Supporting the Life Process and Integration Manager on strategic projects

Required

An engaging presenter with strong virtual and in-person facilitation skills
A clear, confident communicator (both written and verbal)
Skilled at building rapport with diverse personalities and experience levels
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
Adaptable and positive in the face of change
Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and evolving industry regulations
Passionate about continuous learning and professional development

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services or training & development
Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle confidential information
Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), eLearning platforms, and related tools
