Responsibilities
Review and validate vendor documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Set up and maintain vendor profiles, including ACH/EFT payment information
Enter and update vendor data in SAP with a high level of accuracy
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve setup issues
Ensure all vendor records are complete, consistent, and audit‑ready
Support ongoing projects and take on increasingly complex responsibilities over time
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is a must-have)
Experience reviewing documents and entering financial or customer data
Background in accounts payable, vendor setup, contracts, billing, or legal/admin support
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
Preferred
Finance or Accounting degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
SAP experience is a plus, but not required
