Responsibilities
Define program vision, positioning, scope, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals
Lead the initiation of new programs, including opportunity assessment, stakeholder alignment, and creation of foundational program frameworks
Develop proposals, business cases, and program charters to secure executive sponsorship and funding
Support organizational strategy by identifying opportunities for new or expanded programs
Create comprehensive program plans, including schedules, resource strategies, and integrated roadmaps
Establish governance structures, communication plans, and decision-making frameworks
Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops to align teams and stakeholders
Oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure coordinated execution and timely delivery of program milestones
Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation
Drive continuous improvement in program processes, tools, and delivery practices
Plan and facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, design sessions, and retrospectives
Act as the primary communication channel for program updates, roadblocks, and decision needs
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and delivery teams
Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across teams and functions
Lead vendor engagement where applicable
Conduct program reviews, lessons learned, and performance analysis
Translate insights into process improvements or future program enhancements
Ensure organizational learning is captured and shared
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project/Program Management, Engineering, Planning, and or Architecture
Substantial years of program or project management experience
Demonstrated experience initiating programs, developing proposals, or facilitating workshops
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
