Responsibilities
Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software
Address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms
Responsible for project completion
Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management
Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to development teams
Ensure software solutions align with program requirements and enterprise standards
Perform feasibility analysis and technical evaluations for future projects
Support project completion through planning, oversight, and stakeholder coordination
Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture artifacts
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of relevant experience
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3) required
