Responsibilities
Managing various shared inboxes
Reviewing customer documents to ensure file is true and correct prior to loan contracts being shipped to customers
Printing, highlighting, shipping loan documents and state specific titling forms
Training on general process for QA review and contracting of loans for overflow support
Additional responsibilities as determined by Loan Processing Manager
Qualification
Required
Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional demeanor when communicating with others, both verbally and in writing
Meticulous attention to detail
Efficient time management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
