Software Development Task Leader
Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Software Development Task Leader to support the Department of the Army at the Pentagon. The role involves leading analysts in software maintenance and development, overseeing training resource applications, and providing analytical support to Army training commands.

Responsibilities
Control and manage the work of senior analysts performing analysis or system design tasks
Support the development of ATM through software maintenance, software development, training, custom analysis, and staff support
Software Maintenance - maintain all software necessary to include routine enhancements and migrations
Software Development - introduce new technologies to improve ATM
Training - provide materials for end user's understanding of the ATM
Custom Analysis - on-site, analytical support
Staff Support - direct support to select Army training commands
Oversee the population of the ATM with financial, force structure, training strategies, cost factors, command requirements, workload, and student data; update per capita rates; reconcile data; and conduct focused, functional, and technical analysis
Support Army modernization (reARMM)
Support Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MODCOP) development
Provide operations and research staff support
Qualification
Required
Active DOD Secret clearance
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in finance, business, or management
A minimum of 10 years experience in developing system design requirements for training resource applications
At least 10 years experience in predictive modeling in core application languages
3 years experience with the Army certification process to include creating and submitting applications for CoNs
Proven ability to develop and submit documentation for an application to be hosted on Pentagon servers
Demonstrated experience working in at least CMMI-Dev Level 3
Working knowledge of Army Training Models applications to include, cTRM, BLTM, cITRM, cATRM, and cMRM and be familiar with Army doctrine, Army and Reserve component acronyms
Must have COMPO specific Army experience
