R&D Device Engineer Intern

Responsibilities
Design & Implement Test Methods: Utilize engineering design and software skills to create and execute testing methods for our devices
Test Execution: Perform testing according to established procedures and contribute to data analysis
Fixture Design & Fabrication: Assist in the design and fabrication of test fixtures as needed
Data Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of test results and identify areas for improvement. Communicate results to the broader team
Provide other project support as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., FI, H1-B status)
Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of an internship assignment pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree (or equivalent experience). For students pursuing their Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, candidates must have completed their sophomore year
Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required
Preferred
Students with CAD, excel, basic lab testing, basic engineering skills
Students with software skills
Students with an analytical mind, experience in technical communication, are self-starters, and are curious to learn
