Mid, Senior LevelTeal Insurance Management is seeking an Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer to implement and maintain VDI environments in Azure. The role involves planning, designing, and migrating desktop environments, as well as managing VDI infrastructure and ensuring its security and availability.

Responsibilities
Implement and maintain VDI environment in Azure
Work with Cloud technologies and DevOps based automation tools
Plan, design, and implement Virtual Desktop Solutions in Azure Virtual Desktop Platform
Migrate Desktop environment from Citrix to Azure virtual desktop or other cloud virtual desktop solutions
Migrate critical XenApp applications to Azure remote app
Secure VDI infrastructure by configuring security endpoints, MFA, Conditional access, etc
Manage and maintain VDI infrastructure using DevOps automation stacks
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, maintain system patches
Lead the team in day-to-day operations maintaining the VDI infrastructure and services
Maintain documentation and guides as needed for the VDI environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in implementing and maintaining VDI environment in Azure
Working experience in Cloud technologies and DevOps based automation tools
Experience in Planning, Designing and Implementing Virtual Desktop Solution in Azure Virtual Desktop Platform
Experience in migration of Desktop environment from Citrix to Azure virtual desktop or other cloud virtual desktop solution
Ability to migrate critical XenApp applications to azure remote app
Experience in Securing VDI infrastructure by configuring security endpoints, MFA, Conditional access
Manage and maintain VDI infrastructure using DevOps automation stacks
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, maintain system patches
Ability to lead the team in day to day operation maintaining the VDI infrastructure and services
Maintaining documentation and guide as needed for the VDI environment
Excellent understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix and other VDI solutions
Good Understanding of Cloud Platform (Preferably Azure) and Cloud concepts
Experience in Automation tools and scripting Terraform, Jenkins, DevOps methodologies, scripting
Good knowledge in Windows server technologies and active directory, SCCM and intune
Excellent Verbal and Non-verbal Communication skills
