Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Write and optimize SQL queries (Oracle / Business Objects environment)
Manage and validate data extracts and reporting trackers
Support data governance, audit readiness, and documentation standards
Perform trend analysis, root cause analysis, and KPI reporting
Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, validation, and process improvement
Create and improve folder structures and data logging taxonomy
Assist with reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
Strong experience with Power BI
Experience writing SQL queries
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables; VBA a plus)
Experience working with reporting metrics and KPIs
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and clearly communicate findings
Comfortable working in environments that require documentation and audit support
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience supporting utility or energy operations
Familiarity with data governance frameworks
Experience with UNIX shell scripting, SAS, or other programming languages (nice to have)
