Responsibilities
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company’s approach to payroll, recruiting, and employee development
As an HR Intern, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be utilized in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR-related activities
Partner with the HRBP on strategic HR projects and operations, including but not limited to:
Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies
People analytics: Reporting attendance, attrition, learning, disciplines, and engagement
Participate and assist in developing department goals, objectives, and systems for salary administration
Responsible for maintaining strong departmental relationships with HRBP
Responding to employee queries and requests regarding HR issues, such as benefits, policies, and procedures
This internship will have the chance to contribute to the coordination of company events and gain exposure to different facets of HR management
Assist with HR Employee Orientation training to new Regular and Temporary employees
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to HRBP, leading to improved efficiency of HR Department
Contribute to the success of the team by promoting an atmosphere of trust, fairness, cooperation, and teamwork among peers and management
Any other duties as assigned by HR Business Partner or Global HR Director
Qualification
Required
Strong academic background in Human Resources or equivalent
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Detail Orientated
Eagerness to learn and contribute to projects within the water industry
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
