Responsibilities
Lead and mentor data engineering team members, ensuring strong performance and collaboration
Oversee technical delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
Drive solution design and problem-solving for complex data engineering challenges
Contribute hands-on to data engineering work, including building pipelines and supporting cloud-based architectures
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of recent, hands-on Data Engineering experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks (ideally 5+ years)
Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (ideally 5+ years)
4+ years in a Lead role, including managing people, delivering projects, resolving challenges, and driving teams to successful outcomes
Very strong communication skills and problem solving skills
Strong ability to identify solutions, navigate ambiguity, and maintain delivery momentum
Preferred
Healthcare experience highly preferred, supporting enterprise environments or consulting engagements
