Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations — from requirements through go-live

Conduct workshops, gather and document business requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis

Configure and deliver solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management

Develop solution blueprints, process designs (As-Is / To-Be), and system strategy

Drive CRP/POC sessions and obtain business approvals

Lead testing cycles, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support

Coordinate across functional workstreams and manage project timelines and risks

Provide best-practice advisory aligned with North American HCM processes and US regulatory requirements

Qualification

Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)HCM implementation consultingFunctional advisory experienceOracle Cloud CertificationStakeholder managementCommunication skills

Required

10+ years in HCM implementation consulting

5+ years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

Strong functional advisory experience in core HCM modules

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in consulting/SI environments preferred

Oracle Cloud Certification is a plus
