Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development teams locally and internationally to ensure seamless execution and integration
Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and mitigate risks
Strategic Influence: Contribute to product strategy and advocate for innovative, forward-thinking solutions
Process Optimization: Continuously improve project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates on project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years in project management, including significant experience in both delivery and R&D environments
Proven ability to lead and coordinate diverse roles within a large program, including project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all workstreams
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Demonstrated success in managing and motivating development teams and project managers to achieve high performance
Experience working with U.S. IL & IN -based teams; flexibility to accommodate late working hours for cross-time-zone coordination
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
Preferred
Project Management certification a plus
