Responsibilities
Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members
Plan, organize, and direct production of the contracted scope of work
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades
Coordinate production and attend meetings with general contractors and trade partners to identify and resolve conflicts
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and applicable mechanical codes
Manage material procurement and personnel resources to meet project schedules
Adhere to established standards of quality, safety, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience supervising field crews and managing multimillion-dollar high-rise construction projects
Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license required
Proficient knowledge of National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic computer and documentation skills required
Demonstrated integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and commitment to growth
Preferred
OSHA 30 certification preferred
