Proven technical background with Linux, Oracle databases, networking concepts, and ITSM-based methodologies
Knowledge of ITIL practices
A proven grasp of AWS! Certification is a plus
You have a good understanding of Snowflake. Certification is a plus
Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS)
Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk
Experience with batch scheduling software (e.g. Autosys/Control-M) and ETL processing
Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL
Experience with Informatica or similar ETL tool - debugging and addressing failures
Experience with automated deployment tools & techniques (e.g. Jenkins)
Familiarity with event driven architecture (e.g. Apache Kafka)
Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java
Knowledge of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles
Experience with Agile software development methodologies, delivery projects, and implementation
Knowledge of basic networking (ping, traceroute, DNS, routing) (F5 or AVI experience a plus)
