Responsibilities
Hands-on development improvements to high-speed automated equipment for the manufacturing of medical devices
Performs troubleshooting and maintenance of high-speed automated equipment
Use technical knowledge and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve the performance of the automated machines
Follow all safety procedures and identify/communicate the necessary adjustments to address potential safety concerns, including the proper use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
Work with BD production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure that goals are met
PM Execution and control
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent attitude for service
English level B2
Teamwork player
Commitment to Safety, by following site safety procedures and applying safety equipment as required for daily tasks
High level of mechanical analysis
Strong electrical knowledge
Electrical diagrams interpretation
Experience in Hi-Speed automated equipment
Allen Bradley PLC basics programming
Automation Experience
