Responsibilities
Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes
Anticipate complex challenges, assess risks, and develop creative, practical solutions to keep programs on track
Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance models aligned with organizational priorities
Partner across business and functional teams to align goals, track progress, and ensure accountability
Prepare for and support senior leadership forums, keeping discussions focused and driving follow-through on commitments
Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Develop, monitor, and report on program health, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
Create and implement policies, processes, and operating rhythms to improve execution and consistency
Lead change management efforts, including communications, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
Integrate portfolio activities with Lean or continuous improvement operating models
Oversee annual planning activities, including progress tracking, reporting, and operational reviews
Design and manage intake processes for new and emerging initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of relevant experience leading programs, initiatives, or complex projects
Preferred
Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Proven ability to build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reporting
Customer-focused mindset with experience working closely with senior leaders and functional teams
Master's degree in a relevant discipline
PMP or similar project/program management certification
Experience with risk assessment, analysis, and quantification
