Responsibilities

Resident & Guest Engagement – Be the face of the community! Welcome residents and guests, address inquiries, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
Event Planning & Execution – Plan, organize, and host engaging resident events, from holiday celebrations to networking mixers, fitness classes, and social gatherings. Collaborate with local vendors to enhance experiences
Service Coordination – Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team, handling service requests, maintenance needs, and resident concerns efficiently
Concierge Management – Lead and mentor the concierge team to deliver high-quality service, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations
Community Outreach & Communication – Keep residents informed and engaged! Create event calendars, announcements, and newsletters to enhance community interaction
Data Management – Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, event participation, and service requests using property management software
Common Area Oversight – Ensure community spaces are well-maintained, inviting, and reflect the high standards of the property

Qualification

Customer ServiceEvent PlanningLeadership SkillsProperty Management SoftwareCreativityOrganizational SkillsPeople-Centric MindsetMultitasking AbilitiesTech-Savvy

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management
Experience managing concierge or guest service teams
Ability to inspire and guide a team to success
Passion for building relationships and creating memorable resident experiences
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with property management or customer relationship management (CRM) software
Creativity & Initiative – A proactive approach to enhancing resident satisfaction and fostering community engagement
