Operations Coordinator
Reconn Holdings is one of the fastest growing utility contracting companies in the nation, and they are seeking an Operations Coordinator. The role involves managing and tracking assets, providing administrative support, and ensuring field technicians have the necessary equipment to perform their duties.

Responsibilities
Manage and track all assets including but not limited to vehicles, GPS units, computers, phones, locating equipment, gas detection equipment,, and general purchases
Travel to field locations as needed to support Operations
Provide general administrative support as directed by management
Trouble shoot computer issues in and out of the field, organize and manage the inventory, and maintain detailed lists of equipment allocation
Qualification
Required
Be available 7am-5pm M-F
Be available Saturday and Sunday as needed
HS Diploma or GED required
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Preferred
Inventory tracking experience preferred
Utility industry experience preferred
Be computer proficient with basic knowledge of computer hardware preferred
