Responsibilities
Take ownership of major programs of record, including DoD contracts valued at
Lead programs end to end — from requirements and development through integration, testing, and delivery
Drive cutting-edge system integration across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Act as the senior point of contact for government and defense customers
Communicate risk and challenges clearly, calmly, and constructively
Support and mentor Senior Program Managers
Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations on strategy, execution, and P&L
Run programs autonomously with full P&L responsibility
Qualification
Required
Degree-qualified in Engineering, Aerospace, Systems, or a related discipline
Experienced in high-value, complex aerospace and defense product development
Proven in delivering programs of record under DoD contracts
Comfortable operating at a systems level across hardware, software, and integration
Experienced in advanced, cutting-edge development environments
Confident owning large programs with full P&L accountability
Senior Program Managers with 10+ years' experience who are ready to step into a Program Director role are also encouraged to apply
