Responsibilities

Draft and interpret detailed drawings for fabrication
Fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic components or assemblies
Set up and conduct prototype unit and subsystem tests under operational conditions
Analyze test data, identify issues, and recommend modifications
Support critical space flight hardware integration with high attention to detail and safety
Maintain clean room protocols, hazardous material handling, and operational procedures
Work flexible schedules, including off shifts, weekends, overtime, and travel for launch campaigns (up to 25% domestic travel)

Required

High School Diploma and 2 years of related experience as a Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance. active and current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI or SAP/SAR access during the time of application
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Hands-on experience with aerospace or related equipment, harness build and installation methods
Knowledge of electrical measurements (AC/DC, resistance), voltage circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques
Understanding of clean room operations and spacecraft handling protocols
Ability to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work flexible shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shift schedules, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred

A&P License
Flight hardware integration and spacecraft processing experience
Certifications in flight wire harnessing, flight soldering, and epoxy bonding
Familiarity with EGSE processes, test procedures, and troubleshooting support equipment
Aerospace/Satellite Integration & Test experience
