Responsibilities

Manage the work order system by assigning tasks, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion
Partner with branch office property managers to communicate needs and ensure requests are resolved
Manage inventory of paper supplies, parts and facility equipment, placing orders as needed
Coordinating and moving furniture for room, event and new-hire setups
Manage relationships with vendors, including those for water coolers, copiers and other facility services. Maintain the preventive maintenance schedule so that all equipment is being serviced on the appropriate timetable
Respond to maintenance requests and assist with basic mechanical or facilities-related needs
Assist with daily temperature regulation and HVAC system coordination
Perform daily walkthroughs to monitor safety, cleanliness and overall facility conditions
Conduct physical inspections that may require walking, climbing or lifting

Required

Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage daily workflows
Comfort shifting between tasks in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience or comfort with basic maintenance and facilities-related work
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to perform inspections and tasks that may require walking, climbing or lifting

Preferred

Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, operations or a related environment
