Responsibilities
Design and integrate PNT solutions into platform architectures using MBSE methodologies
Develop and manage system requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring traceability, verification, and compliance with program objectives
Provide expertise in GPS/GNSS, Assured PNT (APNT), alternative navigation methods, and resilient timing solutions
Apply mission engineering principles to optimize PNT performance across diverse platforms and operational environments
Develop PACE (Primary, Alternate, Contingency, Emergency) plans to support resilient PNT architectures
Collaborate with mission engineers, platform architects, and stakeholders to translate operational needs into executable system architectures and integrated technical solutions
Qualification
Required
BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 (Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated PNT integration exposure
Knowledge of existing PNT solutions, GPS/GNSS technologies, and APNT capabilities
Experience integrating PNT technologies across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems)
Understanding of mission engineering concepts and their application to PNT and multi-domain operations
Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, SysML, UPDM/UAF)
Experience developing PACE plans and resilient architecture strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
