Responsibilities
Provide services to support training requirements, which includes drawing input from the stakeholders, systems analysts, training specialists, logisticians, and government resources
Coordinate with the customers to ensure that their training needs are being met
Maintain and update training procedures and surveys as needed and participate in agency-wide training planning
Prepare reports and monitor training tasks in support of the contract manager and the government sponsor(s)
Ensure training standards and procedures are followed, reviewed and updated on a regular basis
Prepare the field for the adoption and use of developed software products
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles as applied to process modernization projects
Practical knowledge and experience of configuration management, ITIL Framework, change management, IT asset management, and IT service request fulfillment
Ability to provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and other forms of knowledge transfer
Knowledge of FITARA, SDLC, FEA, Capital Planning and FISMA
Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, Information Systems, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordinating training programs
Knowledge and experience utilizing tools/methods to bring Human Centered Design into practice (e.g., Journey Mapping, Affinity Mapping, Storyboarding, etc.)
