Lead Project Manager (HR Technology Implementation)
Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Lead Project Manager for a W-2 contract opportunity. The role involves managing the implementation of HR technology solutions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Oversee day-to-day logistics of implementing new HR technology solutions
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including HR, TA, IT, and external vendors
Support the Hiring Manager in driving completion of key project tasks
Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Ensure documentation, reporting, and governance standards are met
Lead efforts to organize, standardize, and optimize job descriptions as part of implementation
Facilitate communication across leadership and project teams
Drive adoption and change management throughout the organization
Lead project management for Talent Acquisition (TA) technology transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Serve as the dedicated project lead for the HiredScore implementation workstream, overseeing planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
Coordinate across multiple talent acquisition technology workstreams, providing project support, issue resolution, and cross functional alignment as needed
Partner closely with TA leaders, business sponsors, HR partners, and technology teams to drive effective collaboration and decision-making
Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, resource coordination, documentation, and escalation pathways
Ensure adherence to established change management processes to support successful adoption and business readiness
Monitor progress toward key milestones and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Support end user experience by aligning project outcomes with recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate needs, especially around ranking, rediscovery, and internal mobility features enabled by Hired Score
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, ideally within a large, matrixed organization
Strong program/project management capabilities with the ability to manage detailed plans, risks, and cross functional dependencies
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Talent Acquisition projects or programs, including cross-functional alignment, execution oversight, and measurable impact on recruiting operations and outcomes
Hands on experience implementing HR or TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI based sourcing/matching tools, workflow automation tools, etc.)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and tell the story through visuals and narrative
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to connect concepts across multiple workstreams and distill complexity
Experience with HR Recruiting tools/technology transformation (Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, automation tools, conversational AI, sourcing technology, workflow modernization)
Familiarity with AI driven talent platforms such as HiredScore, Eightfold, HireVue, or similar machine learning based recruiting technologies
Experience in driving change management efforts and stakeholder adoption, with familiarity in established methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile
