Responsibilities

Develop analytical methods for complex small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, protein-based therapeutics, and emerging modalities
Collaborate with process chemists to deploy innovative technologies and analytical workflows for high-throughput analysis and characterization
Work in fast-paced laboratory settings (Method Discovery, Protein Engineering, Biocatalysis)

Required

Strong track-record of innovation translated into high impact factor publication

Expertise in method development and troubleshooting of high-throughput fast chromatographic methods including reversed phase, ion exchange, size exclusion chromatography, etc
Hands-on experience in protein characterization techniques such as intact mass analysis, native-MS, peptide mapping analysis for the identification of PTMs, HCPs and disulfide mapping
Strong understanding of designing and executing enzyme kinetics and functional activity assays
Willing to learn new technologies and automation
