Responsibilities
Independently complete analytics and data gathering to support recommendations
Share insights and recommendations with senior leaders to get buy-in for proposed solutions
Partner across the organization to understand the decision drivers to non-wage spend
Recommend and lead large-scale technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to meet delivery goals
Drive clarity and alignment on program scope, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making
Mentor team members on best practices in program management and technical execution
Qualification
Required
8+ years experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar role
Proven expertise in data analytics driving recommendations for senior leadership
Exceptional communication skills to summarize data and align executive audiences
Strong technical expertise in software and hardware systems design, cloud infrastructure, and service management framework
Proven ability to partner with finance, legal, and procurement teams to drive improvements in overall execution
Extensive experience in program management, including planning, and execution of complex technical programs
Proficiency in data analysis, quantitative methods, and leveraging insights to drive program success
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and driving continuous process improvements
Strategic mindset with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and prioritization frameworks
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Strong presentation and storytelling skills; able to craft executive-ready narratives
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Option 2: 8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Preferred
Certification in Project Management
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years' experience in product design
Supervisory experience
