Insight Global is seeking a skilled PC Technician for a contract opportunity with possibility of extension. This individual will join a small PC team, working closely with one other team member to provide hands-on support across a variety of tasks, including imaging PCs, personalizing user profiles, and managing IT assets.

Qualification

Required

1+ years in a PC Tech or Tier 1 support role
Hands-on experience with imaging, user setup, and asset tracking
Familiar with Windows OS, Office, and Active Directory
