Responsibilities
Lead and manage full life-cycle IT projects spanning application development and infrastructure components
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs and organizational standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies
Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business groups, and executive leadership
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, policies, and compliance standards
Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates and status reports
Qualification
Required
Proven experience delivering complex IT projects involving application development and infrastructure
Active PMP certification required
Hands-on experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong technical understanding of SDLC, application architecture, servers, networks, and cloud environments
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence diverse technical and business stakeholders
Expertise in risk and issue management, escalation handling, and mitigation planning
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on resolving technical and process challenges
SAP project exposure is not required but highly desirable
Preferred
Experience supporting or leading cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery frameworks
ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Prior exposure to SAP project environments (desired but not required)
