Responsibilities
Overseeing all controllable expenses which include payroll, supplies and other line items related to resident care
Responsible for occupancy and encouraging potential residents to select Parkway Heights as their home
Schedule resident assessments with our RN and is responsible for keeping resident charts and all paperwork organized
Reporting all housekeeping and maintenance issues
Must be familiar with TMS trouble tickets and should have a working relationship with the Facility Director
Encourages residents to participate in activities and group dining by rounding each day
Observe and talk to each resident to determine any behavioral or health issues
Responsible for scheduling of CNA and LPN Staff and will process timesheets for the facility
Work with DHS and the Office of Long Term Care during annual surveys or reported resident concerns
Responsible for accepting calls from staff 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week concerning patient care
Qualification
Required
One or more years working in a LTC setting; preferably working as a CNA or Administrator
Good working knowledge of Arkansas Level II Assisted Regulations
Must obtain an Assisted Living Administrator certification from the Arkansas Residential Assisted Living Association within 4 months of hire
The Administrator Certification must be kept current by taking required continuing education credits as required
